WOOD, Judge.

Plaintiff's suit, involving his teaching contract at Eastern New Mexico University, named various defendants. Although all of the named defendants gave notice of appeal, no judgment was entered against any of the defendants except the Board of Regents. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against the Regents. The Regents' appeal raises several issues, only two of which require discussion. These are: (1) whether...
