Relators, as residents and owners of real and personal property in defendant's school district, appeal from a judgment order denying their application for leave to file a complaint in Quo Warranto under the provisions of Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 112, pars. 9, et seq. The application was originally filed as Count V of a five-count complaint and severed for trial.
