This is a quiet title action by plaintiff Johanna Kretzschmar against defendants Douglas B. Bickerstaff and Sarah S. Bickerstaff, husband and wife, resulting from a disputed sale of mineral rights to defendants and their predecessor in interest. The cause was tried by the district court in Sheridan County, sitting without a jury. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, defendants appeal.
