PER CURIAM:

The appellant's motor vehicle collided with another, and two people were killed in the accident. The appellant was charged with involuntary manslaughter in violation of NRS 200.070. After a preliminary examination he was bound over to the district court for trial. He sought a writ of habeas corpus on the grounds that there was not sufficient evidence to constitute probable cause to support the charge. The writ was denied, and this appeal...
