JULIAN, District Judge.

The defendant, Peter Clay Wilmoth, was indicted on three counts of unlawful possession of firearms in violation of federal statutes. Defendant Wilmoth has moved to suppress evidence seized from him at the time of his arrest and has requested that the seized property be returned to him.
