This appeal involves a question of the validity of a guilty plea to a charge of receiving stolen property and a sentence of not less than two nor more than five years. The appellant alleges (1) that the trial court failed to advise him of the nature of the charges against him, and (2) that the trial court failed to establish a factual basis for the plea of guilty.
