Defendants appeal from a conviction on charges of possession of two submachine guns, which had been transferred in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5811 and 5812 (1970) and which had not been registered as required by 26 U.S.C. § 5841 (1970). They advance two contentions on appeal.
