This is an application for review of a decision and judgment of Watson, J., holding, so far as here concerned, that the appraised values constituted the proper dutiable values of certain binoculars and cases and optical goods manufactured by Toyo Jitsugyo KK and exported from Japan during the period from July to September 1964.
