OPINION

TYLER, District Judge.

Defendant moves to dismiss this action for attorneys fees for services rendered in connection with a violation of section 16(b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78p(b), on the ground of lack of venue or, in the alternative, to transfer this action to the Southern District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). Both motions are denied.
