Appellant sold a small vessel to a corporation under a conditional sale contract in 1966. During the next year appellant obtained a reconveyance of the vessel to himself. Shortly thereafter appellee Phillips Insurance Center, Inc., hereafter called Phillips, attached the vessel to satisfy a debt owing by the corporation to appellee Phillips.
