The teacher was discharged during the term of his written employment contract. Section 77-8-14, N.M.S.A.1953 (Repl.Vol. 11, pt. 1). He appealed the decision of the Local Board (Bloomfield Municipal School District) to the State Board (State Board of Education). The State Board affirmed the Local Board's decision.
