Plaintiff, a nonresident of the State of Michigan, commenced this action in propria persona against defendants, residents of the state. It appears that plaintiff is the son of defendant Levina Fern Miller and the late Luell W. Miller, and that defendants Green are relatives of the plaintiff. Plaintiff filed with the trial court a handwritten complaint averring as follows:

"By oath and by law; women are not equal to men and cannot take...
