Defendant appeals from a judgment order revoking his probation and sentencing him to three years' imprisonment for the crime of entering motor vehicle with intent to steal.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of entering a motor vehicle with intent to steal. On December 6, 1967, he was placed on probation for three years on condition that he violate no law, that he conduct himself as a law-abiding citizen, that he abide by the rules and regulations...
