This is a suit in equity by a contractor to determine the amount due on a lien claimed by him for the construction of an apartment house for defendants Gass and Van Dolah and foreclosing that lien. Plaintiff appeals from a decree which denied plaintiff's claim of lien and dismissed plaintiff's complaint.
