Dennis Brown and defendant were charged in a two-count information with the sale and possession of marijuana. MCLA §§ 335.152, 335.153 (Stat Ann 1957 Rev §§ 18.1122, 18.1123).

A police narcotics agent testified that both Brown and defendant were present during negotiations for the sale, and that the agent paid Brown $120 on July 11...
