Plaintiff Meek Lane Doss, widow of M. S. Doss and Independent Executrix of his Estate, seeks by this civil action the refund of estate taxes and statutory interest from the date of payment. The jurisdiction of this Court is predicated on 28 U.S.C. § 1346(a) (1).
