These appeals stem from convictions on jury verdicts finding five defendants guilty on four counts of securities fraud in violation of 15 U.S.C.A. § 77q(a), one count of use of the mails to offer to sell an unregistered security in violation of 15 U.S.C.A. § 77e(c), and three counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341.
