FINDINGS OF FACT

These three consolidated actions arose out of Hurricane Camille which struck the Port of Gulfport, Mississippi on the night of August 17 and the early morning of August 18, 1969. The various claimants except India Supply Mission, cargo owner aboard the HULDA, in each of these three actions which were tried to the Court contend that the owners of the SS HULDA, SS SILVER HAWK and SS ALAMO VICTORY were liable...
