OPINION

CHRISTIAN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs, Helco, Inc. and James Potter have brought suit against First National City Bank, defendant, on an account and for damages. The dispute grows out of an undertaking by the corporate plaintiff to construct a dwelling house for defendant. Potter is president of Helco, Inc.

In its present posture, the cause is before the Court on defendant's motion to quash service of process and to dismiss the complaint.
