On November 19, 1970, the above petitioner, William Robert Williams, filed his petition in this Court pro se, alleging that on May 20, 1965, he was convicted on a plea of guilty in the District Court of Oklahoma County in case number 30612, for the crime of armed robbery; and was sentenced to serve five (5) years in the State Penitentiary, which sentence was suspended by the Honorable W.P.
