This suit was instituted by the Secretary of Labor, pursuant to Title IV of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, to declare an election of officers held by Local No. 920, Teamsters Union of America, to be null and void and for an order directing the Local to conduct a new election under the Secretary's supervision.
