This is a suit for patent infringement. The patent in suit is United States Letters Patent No. Re. 26,220 (hereafter "Records patent"). Five claims of the patent are in issue; however, plaintiff has not attempted to establish infringement of claim 13. Claims 4, 18, 20 and 21 remain in issue on the complaint of infringement.
