Defendant, after jury trial, was convicted of arson in the first degree. He appeals.

Dorothy Moxley, defendant's wife, was married to the defendant in 1963. Two children were born of that marriage. This was the second marriage for both, and Dorothy Moxley, as a result of a prior marriage, had a child. When she married defendant she owned a home which was awarded to her in her previous divorce.
