OPINION

LUONGO, District Judge.

In 1965, Lorenzo Richardson was convicted in state court on a charge1 of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to a term of 7½ to 15 years. In this petition for writ of habeas corpus, he attacks that conviction as based upon the use of evidence obtained in violation of his rights under the Fourth Amendment.
