In this case Central Broadcasting Corporation petitions for review and the National Labor Relations Board has filed a cross-petition for enforcement of an order of the Board.

The Board's first findings pertain to § 8(a) (1) violations of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1) (1964), by the Central Broadcasting Corporation through its Operations Director, Fritz Niggeler, who prior to an NLRB election among the employees...
