On February 26, 1969, the defendant pled guilty to receiving and aiding in the concealment of stolen property, to wit: a.22-caliber Marlin automatic rifle and a .22-caliber Marlin bolt-action rifle, knowing the same to have been stolen and the value of the property to have been in excess of $100.
