PER CURIAM:

The appellant was charged by criminal complaint with robbery (NRS 200.380), rape (NRS 200.363) and aiding and abetting rape (NRS 200.363 and NRS 173.135). After a preliminary examination he was held to answer. An information charging those crimes was filed on June 17, 1970. On October 1, 1970, the appellant was charged by grand jury indictment with the crimes of robbery and rape,1 in substantially the same...
