This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on two counts of unlawful uttering and possession of counterfeit federal reserve notes in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 472 (1964). Before the trial, a motion to suppress evidence consisting of two counterfeit bills was denied after a hearing. Again at the trial, the defense objected to the introduction of the counterfeit...
