Leonard S. Bendicks was indicted for aircraft piracy and kidnapping, in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 1472(i) and 18 U.S. C. § 1201. On motion of defendant, not objected to by the Government, the Court limited the issue for jury determination to the question of whether or not Bendicks was sane at the time of the commission of the alleged crimes.
