This is an action for the wrongful death of Basilio S. Verdugo which was consolidated for trial with one brought by the widow of Heraclio A. Beltran who was killed in the same accident.1

The deaths of Beltran and Verdugo occurred while they were attempting to install a 29' long television antenna to the side of a home in Patagonia, Arizona. The appellant's distribution system in the area consisted of two bare wires...
