The plaintiff in error, Marie Rennels, was the plaintiff in the trial court. She brought an action for personal injuries which she suffered in the early morning hours of May 15, 1966, while riding in an automobile driven by her husband. At the time the plaintiff was injured, her husband, Duane Rennels, was president of Marble Products, Inc.
