This case is presently before the Court upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter "the Board") for enforcement of its order issued on February 19, 1968, against the respondent Lenkurt Electric Company (hereinafter "the Company") pursuant to the provisions of Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e).
