Davis ("Davis") against four of the directors or purported directors of the company, F. Steven Berg ("Berg"), William Lerner ("Lerner"), George K. Bissell ("Bissell"), and Ernest Summers ("Summers"), with Scotten, Dillon, a Delaware corporation...
