Convicted of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113, Robert Edward Jones complains that his fifth amendment right to be free from self-incrimination was violated when the district judge directed that he repeat words spoken by the bank robber so that a witness could identify him by means of his voice.
