The defendant appeals from judgments of conviction on three counts: (1) sale of heroin and cocaine not in pursuance of a written order (26 U.S.C. A. § 4705 (a)); (2) sale of heroin not in or from the original stamped package (26 U.S.C.A. § 4704(a)); and (3) sale of marijuana not in pursuance of a written order (26 U.S.C.A. § 4742(a)).
