This case is before the Court on a Petition for Review of an order of the superior court incarcerating Petitioner for the period of time between his adjudication as a delinquent and his dispositive hearing. This order for temporary detention between November 13, 1970, and November 25, 1970, was stayed by this Justice on November 19, 1970, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 33 until such time as the Supreme Court granted or denied a Petition...
