Appellant was convicted of assault upon a police officer with a dangerous weapon,1 of carrying a dangerous weapon without a license,2 and of obtaining marihuana without payment of the necessary transfer tax.3 He was sentenced concurrently to two to six years for the assault, one to three years for carrying the dangerous weapon, and one to three years...
