MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

TURRENTINE, District Judge.

This is a military habeas corpus action by a Navy enlisted man who claims to be held in the service under an invalid agreement extending his enlistment. The court has considered briefs and exhibits filed by the parties as well as testimony and oral argument presented at an evidentiary hearing.
