This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the petition of a Florida state convict for the writ of habeas corpus. Appellant, tried with two co-defendants, was convicted by a jury of robbery and was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. Conviction was affirmed in Bretti v. State, Fla. App.1966,
