Blevens, was charged, tried and convicted by a jury in the District Court of Canadian County, for the crime of First Degree Burglary, After Former Conviction of a Felony. Plaintiff in Error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was tried in a two-stage proceeding, and at the conclusion of the second-stage, he was given the minimum sentence of seven (7) years imprisonment...
