This action involves an effort by the plaintiff to set aside the defendant's denial of social security disability benefits. The claimant applied on June 23, 1969 for the establishment of a period of disability and for disability insurance benefits pursuant to Sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416 and 423.
