The claimant, Claude B. Miles, filed an application for disability and disability insurance benefits on October 31, 1967, under Sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 416(i) and 423. The defendant, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, through his representative, disallowed his application.
