From a judgment on a jury verdict against him in favor of Charles Loren Knisley for injuries in a collision between their two automobiles, John Michael Sobus appeals. The collision occurred in Sykesville about 8:00 P.M. on May 22, 1965 at the intersection of a favored and an unfavored highway. Each was alone. Neither remembered the collision, nor the events of the preceding few moments. Appellant was on his way to work...
