This is an appeal from the district court's order denying the petition of a Texas state prisoner for the writ of habeas corpus. Appellant contends that his 1957 conviction for robbery by assault should be set aside because his plea of guilty was induced by an illegally obtained confession and was accepted by the trial court without a proper determination of voluntariness.
