This is an appeal by Gonzalez from a conviction for violation of the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312. The principal assignment of error is the admission in evidence of incriminating statements and confessions of guilt made to local police officers and an F.B.I. agent at Clovis, New Mexico.
