These four interlocutory appeals pertain to various challenges to an electronic surveillance involving an interception of telephone communications (wiretap) conducted in Arapahoe County from April 2-7, 1970. Upon motion of the parties, the four separate appeals (involving trial courts in both Arapahoe County and the City and County of Denver) were consolidated in this court.
