Appellant Mrs. Joan Neff filed for a divorce a mensa et thoro on grounds of cruelty or in the alternative constructive desertion. Her husband John Neff cross-filed for desertion. This case comes to us now on an appeal by the wife from dismissal of her bill of complaint and the granting of husband's cross-bill.
