In this nonjury trial, the defendant is charged with causing the interstate transportation of stolen securities in violation of 18 U.S.C., sections 2314, 2. The evidence establishes that four $10,000 United States Treasury Bills, the subject matter of the indictment, originally in the possession of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., were missing from its vault.
