Plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the circuit court sustaining defendant's motion to quash the summons and return of service and dismissing plaintiff's petition. The court below sustained the motion because it determined defendant, a non-resident, had exercised its power to revoke the authority of its agent to accept process in Missouri. We reverse and remand.
