This case involves the interpretation of a contract, wherein one mining corporation agreed to explore the property of another mining corporation and receive one-half of the ore discovered as a result of such exploration. The parties entered into the contract in 1946, and in 1965, plaintiff-appellant gave notice that it was rescinding the contract.
